Q. When is dental clinic open?
A. Clinic hours are as follows:

Monday - 9am-5pm

A. 40-60% lower than private
Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
A. Credit card, cash, checks, insurance, Care Credit. No payment plans are offered.

A. Typically 4 hours
Q. What if I have to miss my appointment?
A. Please keep in mind as a learning institution, students clinic time is limited, and appointment times are valuable. Contact us as soon as you know you will need to cancel or change your appointment. If you are constantly late, cancel, or no-show for appointments, you will be discontinued as our patient.
We advise patients to please call us 48 hours in advance if the appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled for any reason. If a patient needs to cancel less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to keep the appointment, the appointment may not be rescheduled.
Q. When you become a patient of School of Dentistry, what do you expect?
A. Be respectful of others, including the School of Dentistry providers, staff, other patients, families and visitors. The School of Dentistry will not tolerate inappropriate language (for example; profanity, discriminatory or harassing comments), violence, angry, or disruptive behavior, or threats of harm, from either patient and their family/visitors, towards faculty, staff students.
The School of Dentistry reserves the right to terminate its Provider-Patient relationship with patients who exhibit inappropriate behavior. Patients who feel they have witnessed or experienced inappropriate behavior from providers, staff, or others at the school should contact the Assistant Dean of Clinics at 402-280-5724.
Keep all scheduled appointments and arrive on time. Patients who arrive late (after 30 minutes after the appointment time) may be rescheduled without treatment.
Maintain good oral health habits between visits and follow the agreed-upon treatment plan, including follow up instructions. Patients are responsible for outcomes related to their failure to follow the care instructions and treatment plan.
Inform your provider or staff if they have any questions or concerns about their care treatment.
Have a parent/guardian present for patients under 18 years of age. Children who accompany adults will not be allowed to remain in the treatment cubicle during the appointment period.
No visitors of patients are allowed in the clinic (unless pre-approved by the Clinical Director).
The School of Dentistry reserves the right to terminate the Provider-Patient relationship with patients when:
- Patients accumulate two (2) no-shows, late arrivals, and/or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice within a three month period.
- Patients accumulate three (3) no-shows, late arrivals, and/or cancellations with less than 24-hour notice within a one year period.
Q. How do you confirm an appointment?
A. Go into appointment details page by clicking the appointment, and press 'Confirm' button. If the appointment is already confirmed, you will see blue header.
Q. How do you change your personal information?
A. Mark the information as 'Incorrect', and school representative will contact you.
Q. How do you change your password?
A. Go into Personal Information - Change Username and Password.
